As Thor and his companions wake up, Fafnir emerges from beneath the ground, grasping the god of thunder with his huge hands. But Thor strikes with his mighty hammer, causing the gargantuan Fafnir to lose his grip. However, even as Thor strikes with all his strength, the dragon-like king still stands and fights back. Meanwhile Odin observes his son’s battle from Asgard on his universal mirror.
