A dictator named Dragorr lures the Sub-Mariner into his small country offering him an alliance against the human race, which Namor declared war after being insulted by the surface-dwellers once again (Tales to Astonish #92). But once the atlantean king reaches Dragorr, he takes control over Namor by electric bolts using him as a weapon against the attacking rebels. Meanwhile Lady Dorma reaches Dragorr’s fortress and frees Namor. Both then destroy Dragorr, which winds up being a robot controlled by a small creature called the Gnome. Once the Gnome gets captured by the rebel army, Sub-Mariner and Lady Dorma head back to Atlantis.
