On the way back to Atlantis, Sub-Mariner and Lady Dorma stumble upon a domed underwater city, build by a scientist named Newell. While he explains his peaceful purpose, they get attacked by the Plunderer, breaching the underwater city’s dome. While Namor is busy saving the people and the endangered Lady Dorma, the Plunderer seizes the equipments he needs and then leaves with his giant sub.
