The High Evolutionary and his New Men (some human-like beasts he created by accelerating the evolutionary process) were send by Thor on a distant planet (Thor #135) to prosper freely. At first they did, but then the savage heritage took slowly over and they begun fighting each other. Now he needs a powerful creature to calm down the situation, and as two hunters on earth report him about the Hulk, he asks them to immobilize and deliver him to his planet. The hunters shot him down with sleep pellets and put him on a rocket. As Hulk recovers, he realizes being in space, and is pretty happy about it: finally no more humans hunting the Hulk.
