Nick Fury manages to escape the octopus and the enemies base, turning back to HQ, where he learns from Yellow Claws niece, Suwan, that he’s trying to seize A.I.M.s Ultimate Annihilator. Nick Fury, flanked by Clay Quartermain recovers a dragon figurine from A.I.M., which contains informations about the super-weapon. Unfortunately, the Yellow Claw steals the figurine from SHIELD and recovers the Ultimate Annihilator, which he fires against Fury, making him disappear.
