Matt Murdock heads to his office, after he decides that it is time to propose to Karen. In the meantime, a mob leader called the Boss takes over the Masked Marauders’ gang, which remained leaderless. As Murdock reaches his office where he’s sure to find Karen, he finds Foggy gagged and bound on the floor instead. Here he finds a note revealing the location where Karen is hidden. Once Daredevil reaches the mansion, he acts like a blind man and gets caught and unmasked by the Boss. Since behind the mask is ‘just’ Matt Murdock the blind lawyer, he gets bound and locked up. While the gangsters wait for the real Daredevil, Matt puts back he’s mask after freeing himself and takes them by surprise, going for an easy win. Realizing that marrying Karen would put her in daily danger, Matt decides not to propose after all.
